How much time do you spend using AI while working?

I probably spend 80–90% of my working time using AI now.

I’m a digital marketer, and once OpenAI launched I subscribed within a couple months. Since then it’s gradually become part of almost everything I do — research, brainstorming ad ideas, writing copy, structuring landing pages, analyzing campaigns, even helping me think through strategy.

If I work about 5 hours in a day, I’d say 4–4.5 hours involve AI in some way. Not because it replaces the work, but because it accelerates the thinking process.

What surprised me most is that AI hasn’t reduced the need for people in my team. It’s actually the opposite. Our marketing team has grown from 2 people to 5 during the same period.

My personal view: AI doesn’t replace marketers — it amplifies the ones who know what they’re doing. The better you are at strategy and asking the right questions, the more powerful AI becomes.
